- Free and premium access tiers
Premium access is a digital service that becomes available immediately after purchase.
04Usage Limits & Fair Use
Free and premium users are subject to daily AI evaluation limits to ensure fair use and system stability.
Usage limits may change at any time without prior notice.
05Payments & Refunds
Premium access is offered via one-time payment processed through a secure third-party payment provider.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

06User Content & AI
User responses may be processed by AI systems to provide evaluations.
Content may be used in aggregated and anonymized form to improve services.
PrepAsk does not claim ownership of user-generated content.
07Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and software are owned by PrepAsk.
You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without permission.

PrepAsk is not affiliated with IELTS, British Council, IDP, or Cambridge.
Important:
AI evaluations are educational estimates, not official exam scores. No exam results or score improvements are guaranteed.
09Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion
- Remove access for violations or misuse
- Modify or discontinue features without liability
10Limitation of Liability
PrepAsk is provided "as is".
We are not liable for exam outcomes, service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages.
